Our home was extensively damaged by a hailstorm in January and found ourselves not able to get through by phone to the Insurers for several days or the SES.
When we eventually did make contact with the Insurers their efforts to initially make good our roof were uncoordinated and incompetent because of the demand on their and trades resources.
That’s when we started involving Nick who quickly took stock of the situation and who quickly earned our trust and we then appointed him to Project Manage the restoration work and deal with the Insurers. We had to move out of the house so it was so fortunate we could rely on Nick to coordinate the work which he did thoroughly, professionally and ensured that it was done to an excellent finished standard. His eye for detail and then follow through and documentation was superb and just as importantly to his original budget.
